Biological control is considered one of the most important methods for preventing and controlling worldwide fungal disease gray mold, caused by Botrytis cinerea. Among various agents used in biological control, actinomycetes represent a significant group microorganisms that offer valuable resources biocontrol strategies. In this study, total 132 actinomycetes, belonging to four genera (Streptomyces, Kitasatospora, Amycolatopsis, Nocardia), were isolated from soil. five media tested, ISP-2 GS NO.1 found be highly suitable isolating actinomycetes. It worth mentioning strain TCS21-117 displayed inhibitory effects against cinerea nine other pathogenic fungi. The was identified as Streptomyces roietensis its morphological characteristics phylogenetic analysis 16S rRNA gene. optimum culture conditions potato dextrose broth medium at an initial pH 8.0, liquid volume 125 mL 250 flask, 180 r·min-1 28 °C, inoculum size 1% 7 days. Under these conditions, inhibition rate 93.31%, increase (31.98%) compared control. Notably, antifungal compounds produced exhibited strong stability across range temperatures, levels, durations storage UV irradiation. This study showed had activity under optimized fermentation enriching microbial mold
