ABSTRACT Inflammation processes can cause mild to severe damage in the human body and lead a large number of inflammation‐related diseases (IRD) such as cancer, neural, vascular, pulmonary diseases. Limitations anti‐inflammatory drugs (AID) application are reflected high therapeutic doses, toxicity, low bioavailability solubility, side effects, etc. Polymeric nanosystems (PS) have been recognized safe effective technology that is able overcome these limitations by AID encapsulation answer specific demands IRD treatment. PS attracting great attention due their versatility, biocompatibility, fine‐tuned properties, functionality, ability for precise delivery targeted sites body. This article offers an overview three classes polymeric nanosystems: a) dendrimers, b) micelles nanoparticles, c) filomicelles, well preparation, In future, formulations clinical practice will certainly increase.
