The purpose of this study was to look into the prevalence and associations meeting adherence 5-2-1-0 health guidelines (5 or more servings fruits vegetables/day (FV), ≤2 hours recreational screen time/day (ST), at least 1 hour moderate and/or vigorous physical activity (PA), 0 sugar-sweetened beverages/day) among school adolescents in Philippines. 2011, 2015 2019 Philippines Global School-based Student Health Survey, a nationally representative survey teenagers aged 11 18 provided study's data. Measures included self-reported demographics, peer parental support, body mass index, six externalized four internalized behaviours, hygiene guidelines. relationship between behavioural outcomes number investigated using logistic regression models. percentages participants who adhered none, one, two, were 11.6%, 38.9%, 41.8%, respectively, whereas 7.7% met three (7.2%) (0.5%) Compared from wave waves 2019, having obesity negatively associated with adhering 3 4 guidelines, while attendance, higher support positively none recommendations less likely report externalizing behaviours (current alcohol use, history intoxication, participation fighting, sustained injury, physically attacked had been bullied), internalizing (suicidal ideation, plan attempt psychological distress) (inadequate tooth brushing, not always hang before meals, after toilet soap). Future mental interventions for should focus on improving their overall taking demographic differences account.

In the digital age, escalating accessibility of Internet to younger populations prompts significant concerns about its potential behavioral repercussions. The objective this research is investigate connection between use and externalizing problem behaviors in early adolescents. A total 1155 Chinese adolescents, ranging age from 11 14 years, participated by completing an anonymous self-report questionnaire. findings reveal that: (1) there a positive correlation extent prevalence behaviors, suggesting risk factor inherent unregulated exposure; (2) both self-education expectations peer relationships mediate link indicating that educational aspirations social interactions play pivotal role mediating impact; (3) indirectly influences through sequential mediation relationships, outlining complex interplay outcomes; (4) influence on shows notable differences based gender geographical location, with greater adverse impact observed males than females rural settings compared urban areas. These underscore urgent need for bespoke strategies mitigate negative youth, tailored address specific challenges faced different demographic groups. study not only extends current understanding media's adolescent behavior but also catalyzes policy discussions aimed at fostering healthier environments generation.
