In order to fully achieve energy saving goals, it is necessary establish a comprehensive evaluation system for carbon reduction in transmission and transformation projects. Due to its exceptional mechanical properties, the Ti-6Al-4V alloy is increasingly being utilized in various aerospace applications. Among numerous processing methods available, wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) stands out as one of most efficient techniques for working with alloy. However, due presence parameters and complex influencing patterns, improper selection can significantly impact both surface quality efficiency. To address this challenge, a four-factor, three-level full factorial cutting experiment was conducted study. The influence trends such pulse-on time ( T on ), pulse-off off peak current IP), open voltage OV) roughness, material removal rate, kerf width were analyzed based experimental results.
