Vaccination is the key to interrupting transmission of viruses, reducing public health losses, and improving efficiency emergency management. The implementation vaccination requires communication between government public, participation multiple subjects. Strengthening coordination subjects in process can improve rate broaden its scope. Therefore, from perspective inter-organizational interaction, a game model based on management departments, vaccinologists, was constructed this study. With objective effectiveness vaccination, influential factors system subjects’ strategy selection were explored using numerical simulation analysis. research results showed that range diversification information release, level departments public’s awareness protection all effectively promote vaccination. Among them, effects (δ) release (φ) fluctuated, but did not affect overall trend. Emergency science communication is an important emergency activity that can enhance public safety awareness and risk perception ability, optimize health-protective behaviors, reduce losses from emergencies. Certainly, needs to be multisource information cross-organization. Moreover, increasing cooperation in the key improving effectiveness of health To clarify relationships among organizations communication, networks (ESCCNs) are constructed on basis social network analysis method, practice response COVID-19 China taken as case. Through interpretation characteristics ESCCNs phase ongoing phase, differences modes emergencies different phases analyzed. influence formation ESCCN whole discussed. With evolution tightness, equilibrium connectivity all tend increase, whereas agglomeration decreases. In core-edge features obvious, (ESCOs) more inclined form with other ESCOs same type. However, between balanced, diversified cross-group formed. The diversification ESCO types, closeness main factors promote phase. Furthermore, implications for strengthening efficiency popularization proposed connection matching dynamic characteristics, optimizing resource allocation institutional guarantees.
