This
study
examines
how
tourists
prioritize
sustainable
practices
in
Central
Europe
using
the
Kano
model.

Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
investigate
the
effects
of
“panic”
returnees
who
quickly
returned
back
into
New
Zealand
during
COVID-19
pandemic,
given
that
country
was
a
perceived
“safe
haven”
time
and
thus
having
some
impacts
on
its
national
housing
market.
Design/methodology/approach
empirical
study
combines
autoregressive
distributed
lag
framework
instrumental
variable
approach
analyse
causal
relationship
between
market
dynamics
in
pandemic.

findings

long-term
house
prices,

To
protect
the
environment,
promote
sustainable
tourism,
and
enhance
quality
efficiency
of
tourism
industry,
accounting
for

study,
we
constructed
a
scientific
measurement
system
assessing
in
Huangshan
City
from
2011
to
2022
using
Super-SBM
(slack-based
measure)
model
Tobit
regression
model.
Our
findings
revealed
following:

trend

considerably
during
period
under
study
but
demonstrated
an

development.
Scale
mostly
showed
consistent
annual
improvement,
while
pure
technical
remained
relatively
stable.

Economic,
social,
environmental,
human-resource-

exerted
significant
influences
on
City.
Based
these
results,
aiming

considering
multiple
factors,
such
as
economy,
society,
human
resources,
transportation,
