Milk production, processing and consumption are connected to human nutritional requirements that have been inferred through the current investigation conducted involving microbiological examination of milk samples from different cities Pakistan. Objective: To investigate isolation endospore-forming bacteria collected selected Methods: Several were Lahore, Gujranwala Sheikhupura for evaluation antibiotic susceptibility patterns. Isolation characterization employing morphological biochemical tests was done which showed a heavy load Bacillus bacterial species. Results: The results revealed all contaminated with endospores-forming bacteria. Highly effective drugs in this study included Azithromycin, Rifampicin Chloramphenicole resulted 97%, 95.5% sensitivity respectively whereas Novobiocin found be 88.8% Amoxilin 84.4% efficacy against Isolates. Metronidazole Cefaxitin least sensitive up 44.4% 17.7% respectively. most resistant medicines recorded at 83.3% 66.6% In case metals, much lower i.e. 1% Zn concentration, highest 51.1%. Bacterial Isolates highly Fe Pb (1% metal concentration) 0% 2.2% Conclusions: It concluded eradication harmful endo-sporogenic drinking milk, should obtained efficient safe standard antibacterial protocols processing.
