As climate change has become a severe threat to society, the need adopt pro-environmental practices is more crucial than ever. In this context, employee recycling behaviour (ERB), critical aspect of green human resource management (GHRM), one such practice that holds potential significantly reduce environmental footprint organizations. Using social exchange (SET) and self-determination theory (SDT), present study aims assess role inclusive leadership (IL) in promoting (ERB) through direct mediating effects perceived organizational support (POS) psychological empowerment experience (PE) by employees at workplace. Data been collected from 375 IT sector India web-based survey administering standardized questionnaires. Relevant statistical analyses, including partial least square-structure equation modelling (PLS-SEM) SmartPLS4.0 software, have conducted establish hypothesized relationship. The findings supported relationship established complementary POS PE IL-ERB suggest demonstrating behaviours, leaders can foster sense among employees, which turn motivates them engage behaviours as an expression gratitude. This contributes reduced consumption fosters sustainability individual levels. The current study proposes to investigate the impact of employee green innovative behavior (EGIB) on coworker envy (CE), which in turn affects environmental commitment (EEC) and intention engage non-green (NGB). Therefore, this focuses on employee-level creativity, which have received limited attention. Purpose This study aims to examine the association between globally responsible leadership (GRL) and pro-environmental behavior (PEB), specifically probing mediating role of green management initiatives (GMI) in this relationship.
