Yıllar boyunca insanlar birçok küresel sorunla yüz yüze gelmiş ve bu durumlardan çeşitli şekillerde etkilenmiştir. Bireylerin içinde bulundukları gelişim dönemi sahip oldukları psikolojik özellikleri etkilerin nasıl olacağını şekillendiren önemli faktörlerdendir. Yaşamı tehdit eden durumlara verilebilecek ilk tepkilerden olan korkunun gelecek yaşantıları için planlar yapmakta üniversite öğrencilerinin tasarımlarını olumsuz etkileyebileceği ancak sağlamlığın ilişkide koruyucu bir rol oynayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda mevcut araştırmada, öğrencilerinde COVID-19 korkusu umutsuzluk arasındaki aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Psikolojik aracı rolünü öngören hipotetik model kurulmuş araştırma değişkenleri ikili ilişkilerin yanı sıra Araştırmanın örneklemini 530 (415 kadın, 115 erkek) öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Korkusu Ölçeği, Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği Kısa Sağlamlık kullanılmıştır. Oluşturulan model, yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle (YEM) test edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda korkusunun, sağlamlığı negatif anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı; da umutsuzluğu yordadığı görülmüştür. incelendiğinde ise dolaylı etkinin olduğu dolayısıyla sağlamlığın, ilişkiye tam ettiği Araştırma elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda toplumda meydana gelen yaşantılar yaşamalarının önüne geçilmesi sağlamlık düzeylerinin geliştirilmesi yönünde uygulama çalışmalarının yapılması geleceği planlama konusunda kariyer danışmanlığı uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılması şeklinde öneriler sunulmuştur.

Background: Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chains are experiencing various challenges due to the interactions between consumers and decision-makers during physical distribution, manufacturing, wholesale retail. One possible strategy address these for smoothing chain (SC) logistics operations is adopt Industry 4.0 (I4.0) based technologies in FMCG business processes. The purpose of this study is to critically reflect on the value House-Tree-Fire-Water-Person (HTFWP) drawing as a tool engage parents children aged 10-12 in sandplay therapy for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). This study investigates how workplace stressors influence the intention to quit among male employees working in five-star hotels Egypt, with a focus on mediating role of psychological distress and moderating flexibility. A cross-sectional survey was conducted 334 full-time hospitality workers. Using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), examined relationships between stressors, distress, quit, The results showed that higher levels were significantly associated increased stronger quit.
