In the context of community-based tourism, this study investigates determinants tourist loyalty to homestays, with a focus on sustainable rural tourism development in China. Using stimulus–organism–response (SOR) framework, we propose conceptual model examine how connected experiences influence emotions and, turn, their loyalty. Data were gathered through onsite surveys tourists, and structural equation modeling was applied assess relationships between key variables. The analysis reveals that tourists' mediate effect loyalty, while unique local characteristics homestays significantly moderate link These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers practitioners aiming enhance sustainability strategic management homestays.

Using ArcGIS software to conduct spatial autocorrelation analysis, it was found that the price distribution of rural homestays in Suzhou is not random but shows apparent clustering. Among 81 were 9 high-high clusters, 25 low-low 1 high-low outlier, and 5 low-high outliers. The hedonic model an economic breaks down goods or services into multiple attributes estimate their prices.
