The Zinc-air battery (ZAB) has become a hot research topic for nearly decade due to its high energy densities. As an important category of catalysts ZAB, perovskites have attracted extensive interests because their environmentally friendly properties, cheapness, and excellent electrocatalytic performances. This review article discusses the mechanistic analyses regarding progress ZAB. In addition, electrode manipulation methods device are also emphasized. Finally, perspectives given on limitations current perovskite ZABs. We hope that this will provide new clues promoting as many energy-storage conversion applications in future.

Due to rising global environmental challenges, air/water pollution treatments technologies especially membrane techniques have been focused. In this context, air or purification membranes considered effective for remediations. the field of polymeric membranes, high performance polymer/graphene nanocomposite gained increasing research attention. The nanomaterials exposed several potential benefits when processed as membranes. This review explains utilizations polymer and graphene derived nanocomposites towards formation water gas separation decontamination properties. Here, different designs developed depending upon types (poly(vinyl alcohol), poly(vinyl chloride), poly(dimethyl siloxane), polysulfone, poly(methyl methacrylate), etc.) functionalities. Including in polymers influenced microstructure, physical features, molecular permeability selectivity, separations. Polysulfone/graphene oxide found most efficient with enhanced rejection rate 90%–95%, flux >180 L/m2/h, desirable contact angle purposes. For reported polysulfone/graphene siloxane)/graphene nanocomposites. these N2, CO2, other gases higher than even >99.9%. Similarly, selectivity values like CO2/CH4 observed. Thus, graphene-based possess overcome challenges related

In this work, an anode current collector with a scaled step-hole structure (called SF-type) and cathode perforated cross-tilt X-type) were designed fabricated for application in passive direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs). A whole-cell test showed that the combination of SF-type conventional increased optimal concentration from 6 M to 8 maximum power density 5.40 mW cm−2, which improved cell performance by 51.6% compared design under ambient testing conditions. The X-type achieved 5.65 cm−2 58.7% improvement, while was 10 M. Furthermore, obtained highest at 6.22 cm−2. Notably, catalyst loadings used study 2.0 mg is lower than commonly loading, thus reducing cost.
