The
high
availability
of
solar
energy
in
the
Gulf
Cooperation
Council
(GCC)
makes
it
most
attractive
source
this
region,
especially
due
to
global
shift
toward
eco-friendly
systems.
A
significant
increase

multi-criteria
decision-making

compare
four
locations
for
building
