A considerable amount of research has been carried out in recent years on synthesizing metal nanoclusters (NCs), which have wide applications the field optical materials with non-linear properties, bio-sensing, and catalysis. Aside from being structurally accurate, atomically precise NCs possess well-defined compositions due to significant tailoring, both at surface core, for certain functionalities. Abstract Among the most effective recoverable catalytic systems, metal‐oxide nanoparticles (NPs) are well known for their extensive uses in a broad range of industries, pharmaceuticals, and nano‐biotechnology. An efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution is realized by a push-pull effect from the piezoelectricity of flexible hybrid membrane introduced via water flow energy. The possesses sandwich-like structure, prepared sequentially electrospinning poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF), depositing graphitic carbon nitride with Pt atoms (g-C3N4@Pt), and again PVDF.
