Abstract
In
this
study,
the
effect
of
Co-Cr(0)
and
Co-Cr-B
nanocatalysts
on
sodium
borohydride
hydrolysis
was
investigated.
The
extract
obtained
from
pods
bean
plant
produced
using
environmentally
friendly
green
synthesis
method,
along
with
chemical
reduction
method
as
production
procedure
for
catalysts.
analyses
used
to
study
structure
surface
morphology
catalysts
are
SEM,
TEM,
EDX,
XRD,
FTIR,
XPS.
From
SEM
TEM
pictures,
shape
comprises
tiny
spheres
has
a
porous
nanostructure,
particle
size
is
35–40
nm.
XRD
investigation
revealed
that
had
an
amorphous
structure.
catalysts’
been
confirmed
include
components
Co,
Cr,
B
EDX
XPS
analyses.
It
examined
how
different
amounts
catalyst,
NaBH
4
/NaOH
concentrations,
solution
temperatures
affected
borohydride.

activation

kJ/mol,
respectively.

frequency
(TOF)
values
synthesized
at
60
°C
