Along with the economic growth, companies must contribute to social progress and promote environmental sustainability in equal harmony. Sustainable human resource management (SHRM) strategies make it possible attain economic, goals of a firm. In this regard, survey method is discussed using literature review online questionnaire identify main factors/indicators during SHRM evaluation manufacturing firms India. Uncertainty commonly occurred assessment factors. As generalized version fuzzy sets, single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) has been demonstrated as valuable tool illustrate indeterminate, inconsistent uncertain data realistic decision-making problems. Considering idea SVNSs, study develops hybrid multi-criteria group (MCGDM) approach for assessing under uncertainty settings. For purpose, an SVN-alternative ranking order accounting two-step normalization (AROMAN) proposed based on VIFI-score function-based decision experts’ (DEs’) weighting integrated criteria weight-determining model solve MCGDM problems fully unknown DEs weights. we develop new SVN-distance measure compute degree difference between SVNSs. Some examples are presented demonstrate efficacy developed over existing ones. addition, weight-determination integration objective weights through IVIF-distance measure-based subjective comparison (RANCOM) The applied empirical India, which shows its applicability feasibility. study, characterized into social, aspects DE’s opinions. Concerns in relation to consequences of global warming and climate change have activated worldwide attempts for mitigating the concentration carbon dioxide (CO2) produced by industrial sector. Decarbonizing oil gas refining (OGR) industries is a challenging problem policy-makers owing its potential prevent economic, environmental, health risks. In this regard, CO2 capture, utilization, storage (CCUS) technologies are most encouraging options decarbonize. The related part capture can play vital role solving mentioned problem. Various been employed choosing appropriate technology complex multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) issue. This work develops novel robust decision support system (DSS). DSS integrates MCDM techniques Delphi Entropy integration method (DAEIM) proportional assessment alternatives (COPRAS) with interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy (IT2TF) environment. proposed used evaluate, prioritize, choose capture. A hybrid criteria system, which involves elements socio-technical systems perspective has evaluating candidate technologies. For implementing work, five post-combustion (A_cc1), pre-combustion (A_cc2), oxy-fuel combustion (A_cc3), direct air (A_cc4), indirect (A_cc5) chosen evaluation. final value each A_cc1 (0. 2907), A_cc2 (0.2602), A_cc3 (0.1005), A_cc4 (0.2304), A_cc5 (0.1181) preferences A_cc1> A_cc2> A_cc4> A_cc5> A_cc3. evaluation findings reveal that 0.2907 suitable scenario emissions from Iran's OGR systems. computation results demonstrate suggested feasible applicable give reliable acquiring optimal technology.
