Inrecent years, there has been a notable increase in utilising multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods practical problem solving. The advancement of enhanced decision models with greater capabilities, coupled technologies like geographic information systems (GIS) and artificial intelligence (AI), fueled the application MCDM techniques across various domains. To address scarcity irrigation water resources Bortala, Northwest China, selection dam site approached using hybrid model integrating multipolar Fuzzy set plithogenic hypersoft along GIS. This study considered such as geological layer, slope, soil type, land cover. Four potential reasonably suitable locations were identified construction suitability map developed for Bortala. Ultimately, we showcased benefits innovative method, emphasizing an open, transparent, science-based approach to selecting optimal sites through local studies group discussions. results highlight effectiveness involving fuzzy addressing challenges selection.

Öz Amaç: Çalışmada; karar verme tekniklerinin türleri ve nasıl ele alındığı, yöneticiler bakımından hangi tekniğinin tercih edildiği sonuçlarının neyi etkilediğini ortaya çıkartmak amaçlanmıştır. Tasarım/Yöntem: Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden Bibliyometrik Analizi edilmiştir. bağlamda; Scopus Veri Tabanı’nda 1973-2023 yılları arasındaki son elli yılda yapılan tekniklerini içeren 3767 adet çalışmanın verisi analiz Analizlerde, VOSviewer (Benzerliklerin Görselleştirilmesi) R Studio Biometrix paket programları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Analizler sonucunda; yayınların %73,8'i makale, %20,9'u bildiri %2,3'ü derlemedir. Temel alanları ise mühendislik, bilgisayar bilimi matematiktir. 2005 yılından itibaren yayın sayısında belirgin bir artış olmuştur. Çin, Hindistan İran, hem bu konuda en fazla yapan, de çok atıf alan ülkelerdir. 2017 sonrasında almada, COVID-19, güç, kriterli verme, belirsizlik gibi konulara vurgu yapılmıştır. Sınırlılıklar: Karar tekniklerinin, diğer veri tabanlarında da incelenmemesi araştırmanın sınırlılığını oluşturmaktadır. Özgünlük/Değer: Geçmişten günümüze etkin yöneticilikte, rasyonel vermeye ilişkin daha önce çalışmaların incelenmesi; kullanılmasının önemini çıkarması açısından literatüre anlamlı katkı sağlamaktadır.
