Abstract
The
effects
of
the
addition
acetic
acid
(HAc)
and
ethanol
on
phase
structure
crystal
growth
behavior
La
0.8
Ca
0.2
Cr
Al
O
3
nanopowders
prepared
via
sol–gel
method
were
investigated.
As
a
result,
with
stable
hexagonal
successfully
fabricated
after
heat
treatment
at
1400°C
using
low
content.

energy
increased
first
then
decreased

HAc
or
addition.
In
comparison,
increment
in
quantity
had
more
pronounced
effect
growth.
Correspondingly,
crystallite
size
final
products
was
controlled
to
be
37.14
nm,
lowest
(22.47

obtained
deionized
water
as
solvent
M/HAc
molar
ratio
2:1,

beneficial
crystallization

Water

drawn
