Developing a portable and compact sensor for room temperature detection of H2S in exhaled breath health assessment presents considerable technical challenges. This work successfully synthesized Cu2O/ZnO heterostructures with excellent gas sensitivity to at lower temperatures using two-dimensional (2D) electrodeposition situ assembly method the application semisine wave voltage as well CuZnO nanoarrays deposited under direct current voltage. The heterostructure sensors, high response 8.53 × 104 1 ppm minimum limit 10 ppb temperature, exhibit 42 even -20 °C, its 50 is approximately 3774 times greater than that sensor, which significant challenge achieve sensors based on oxygen adsorption/desorption mechanisms.
