The aim of this bibliometric analysis was to evaluate the evolution scientific research in hydrogen, focusing on green hydrogen production, storage, and utilization. Articles from prominent databases were analyzed, revealing a strong emphasis sustainable technologies through keywords like “hydrogen production”, “green hydrogen”, “solar power generation”. Mature areas include production methods electrolysis, while emerging topics such as energy efficiency policy are gaining traction. most-cited papers, Energy Conversion Management International Journal Hydrogen Energy, cover techno-economic assessments case studies deploying technologies. Key findings highlight variability Levelized Cost (LCOH) across regions. Deep learning applications, including Fast Fourier Transform-based forecasting explainable AI models, transforming optimization, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) emphasizes renewable energy’s role reducing carbon intensity resource consumption. Diverse strategies, fiscal incentives for wind use urban waste, underline importance local solutions. This reflects rapid growth research, driven by international collaboration innovations optimization. It is hoped that paper will help shed more light current future understanding hydrogen.
