Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with active sites have been proposed as advanced fillers for fabricating PEO-based composite solid electrolytes. However, there is a great need the design and synthesis of MOFs more to further increase ionic conductivity Herein, rich defect are constructed via acid etching scale up (MIL-88A). The etched MIL-88A (EMIL-88A) materials pores exposed unsaturated metal coordination sites, which can facilitate dissociation lithium salt through metal-anion interaction lead an outstanding Li+ transference number 0.63. Fe-O bond formed between PEO inhibit crystallization provide fast migration pathway, resulting in high ion 4.2 × 10-4 S cm-1 (60 °C). As result, assembled Li-Li symmetric batteries show good stability over 300 h at 0.1 mA cm-2. LiFePO4 full deliver reversible capacity 113.2 mAh g-1 after 250 cycles 60 °C 0.5 C. This engineering offers promising strategy
