This study employed annealing heat treatment ranging from 900 to 1300 °C systematically investigate the effects of temperature on microstructure and hydrogen storage performance equimolar TiZrCrMnFeNi high-entropy alloy. The research indicates that alloy is composed C14 Laves phase a small amount cubic phase. Compared as-cast alloy, annealed at high (1000~1200 °C) exhibited increased homogeneity, higher content phase, significant enhancement in capacity. led changes unit cell volume with an inverse relationship between absorption desorption plateau pressures. An increase resulted lower pressure, making reaction more difficult consequently increasing enthalpy change for desorption. not only reveals intrinsic alloys, but also provides experimental evidence theoretical guidance design development materials excellent characteristics.
