This study examines the influence of work culture and communication among public officials on quality reporting services at Head Subdistrict Office in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta, with a specific focus implementation Qlue application. Using descriptive quantitative research method, investigates two independent variables—work communication—and their effects dependent variable, namely services. Data collection was carried out through census technique involving 150 respondents. The findings show that significantly influences services, contributing 53.9% to variance. Communication also has significant effect, accounting for 54.5%. When both variables are combined, they explain 57.1% variance These results indicate improving internal practices can substantially enhance effectiveness digital service platforms such as Qlue. emphasizes importance good leadership, effective policy implementation, active community participation optimizing delivery. It is recommended take strategic steps strengthen by officials’ attitudes, perspectives, behaviors maximize potential tools administration.
