The use of student-generated digital content is still limited in business management subjects, especially blended and online courses, it particularly under-researched. This investigation analyses the results a teaching innovation project subject bachelor's degree at one largest hybrid universities Europe. In project, students are encouraged to be 'instructors', producing videos where they teach their classmates. reveal that active role adopted by student as instructor, through creation content, could foster significant improvement understanding concepts management, increase capacity retain information improve learning planning, among other benefits. enjoy this kind activity, which promotes engagement, consider can more effective than traditional printed resources. findings show different depending on student's (instructor or learner). study also an invitation deepen capabilities these strategies higher education.

Abstract This study investigates the barriers that hinder non-leading Brazilian higher education institutions (HEIs) in repositioning within digital landscape based on dynamic capabilities. In-depth semi-structured interviews with top managers at six HEIs show main include uncertainty about traditional HEI future scenario, lack of strategic tools to reposition HEIs, knowledge cost-benefit an institution’s digitization, how implement changes, and information if should (or not) meet all new stakeholder needs. In Indonesia, educational activities have shifted to home-based learning after the COVID-19 epidemic broke out. Consequently, digital has become a necessary option for many teachers. This paper sheds light on education in International Business (IB) and Management (IM) by identifying the main topics, themes, trends subdomain clusters their education-focused literature. Using a combination of text- network-based analysis, only recently introduced for data analysis IB/IM, we reveal themes focused mainly five areas: global focus; learning skill development; teaching curriculum economic management issues; student types experience.
