This paper presents a novel employability model for enhancing job readiness and among Nigerian graduates. The study was motivated by the increasing rate of graduates’ unemployment need education system reforms curricula re-engineering. Southeast region consistently recording highest university enrollments annually, selected as sampling area. research scope is limited to public universities private-sector employers. Purposive applied in selecting sample 144 multi-stakeholder participants. Participants include 80 students their graduating level having cumulative grade point average 3.50 above, 50 faculty/academic administrators, 14 human resources managers private sector A Likert 5-point scaled instrument used data collection. Qualitative responses were quantified subjected multi-variate error correction analysis. Results show that short term, academic achievement work-integrated learning all have significant negative effects on training outcome (job readiness), while long becomes positive significant. concludes has high likelihood bridging skills gaps traditional outcomes, thereby career development Hence, adoption recommended re-engineering educational reform strategy.

For several decades, entrepreneurship education (EE) has been identified as vital for preparing students to succeed in a changing economic landscape. Specifically, EE shapes students’ entrepreneurial intentions into actions. Considering the evolving expectations from graduates, this study explores South African educators’ perspectives regarding ideal educator and effective teaching strategies shape development of intentions. This empirical qualitative examines data collected 14 educators across various public higher institutions, using an open-ended questionnaire. Thematic analysis revealed strong consensus on importance real-world experience limited integration online methodologies EE. The results also emphasized need embody qualities, such practical hands-on approach, foster transition intention action. Despite desire more innovative, action-oriented strategies, traditional theory remains essential modality framework. These findings suggest that practices should integrate experiential learning innovative while maintaining core theoretical foundations.

This study has investigated teachers' perspectives on enhancing entrepreneurial education in South African primary and secondary schools the Limpopo Province. It been motivated by a gap literature that indicated further research was needed. A sample of 101 teachers from rural township employed quantitative method. Data were collected using Teachers’ Attitudes Towards Entrepreneurship Education questionnaire focusing importance entrepreneurship within school context. They analysed Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 25. The demonstrated solid Cronbach alpha reliability score 0.90 with satisfactory face validity. results showed expressed need time, training, financial resources, physical resources classroom use, networking opportunities sharing best practices to successfully implement schools. is recommended be taught as an individual subject yield entrepreneurial-minded learners young age who will innovative thinkers, problem solvers, business-minded.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence external enablers (EEs) – factors that are exogenous and independent actors on rate new venture creation (NVC) in digital entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach authors established a unique data panel comprising all formal entrepreneurial firms startups licensed operate space from Iran E-Commerce Development Center, 2012 2022, totaling 124,751 businesses classified 16 sectors. used Poisson regression with robust standard errors analyze relationship between NVC. This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurship education (EE) through Active Learning (AL) and Office Program (LO) on entrepreneurial development, employing Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical framework.
