This study investigates the direct and indirect relationships between psychological safety job performance, with organization-based self-esteem as a mediator self-efficacy moderator. Drawn from Job Demands-Resources model social cognitive theory, hypothesized moderated mediation was tested using data collected 387 employees working in an industrial-iron casting company through face-to-face online surveys. The results show that higher levels of positively impact performance both directly indirectly via self-esteem. Additionally, on is contingent upon employees' self-efficacy. Abstract This investigation aims to study the influence of psychological characteristics, entrepreneurial education, and students’ perceptions institutional support provided by higher education institutions (HEIs) on intention. This study identifies the determinants of Internet entrepreneurial commitment by integrating theory planned behavior (TPB) and diffusion innovation (DOI). It hypothesizes six determinants—relative advantage/perceived desirability, complexity, compatibility, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control/perceived feasibility—alongside two moderators: job type personal innovativeness.
