Objective This study aims to elucidate the current status and trends in clinical decision support systems (CDSS). It will analyze direction of research development this field provide valuable references for future application CDSS. Methods We conducted a search Web Science Core Collection database from January 2014 May 2024 identify relevant literature on systems. CiteSpace (6.2. R4) software was utilized visualize various aspects included literature, including publication volume, country origin, authors, institutions, cited keywords, keyword clustering, generate corresponding graphs. Results A total 2,668 articles were ultimately study. The scholar with highest number publications is Professor Adam Department Biomedical Information at Vanderbilt University United States. top five countries contributing are States, Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, China. Based an analysis primarily focuses predicting biochemical recurrence, cardiovascular disease, guidelines, evidence-based computerized systems, intensive care units. prominent topics include artificial intelligence, natural language processing, venous thromboembolism, user-centered design, emergency medicine. Conclusion Research CDSS demonstrating upward trend shows promising prospects. Artificial design trends.
