development
critical
thinking
skills.
The
offers
significant
advantages
improving
quality
effectiveness
education,
equitable
access,
this

ChatGPT-4omni
(ChatGPT-4o)
into
paediatric
healthcare
could
revolutionise
developmental
screening.
This
study
evaluated
ChatGPT-4o’s
efficacy
in
screening
using
Direct
and
Sequential
Prompting
methods
compared
with
the
Bayley
Scales
of
Infant
Development,
Third
Edition.
Among
106
cases,
showed
a
sensitivity
73.42%
overall
accuracy
69.81%,
while
had
specificity
62.96%
67.92%.
Both
demonstrate
potential
for
improving
efficiency
accessibility
screening,
Prompts
being
more
sensitive
specific.
