ABSTRACT Sustainable development has emerged as a critical concern globally, and digital transformation holds enormous potential for advancing the sustainable of organizations. However, relationship between performance remains largely unclear. To gain an in‐depth understanding this relationship, we explore effects dimensions on across diverse environmental organizational conditions from configuration perspective. The findings show that efficiency value have different combinatory (facilitating or inhibiting) in achieving economic configurations agribusinesses, considering factors, such firm size, industry type, market turbulence. This study offers new perspectives provides managerial insights into how agribusinesses can achieve organizations environments.

Purpose – This study aims to investigate the influence of intellectual capital IC on corporate financial performance (CFP) services industry in Brunei. Creating Shared Value (CSV), a contemporary management strategy aimed at generating both economic and social value, has gained increasing attention in the context of sustainable regional development. This study examines implementation CSV within local industrial clusters, specifically investigating influence institutional geographic proximity on sustainability small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Utilizing surveys conducted across 11 clusters Japan employing structural equation modeling, impact initiatives was explored.
