Abstract The rapid expansion of the e-commerce market has led customers to pursue convenience shopping while concurrently heightening their focus on safety food products purchased through online channels. This consumer demand trend is one main reasons why blockchain technology increasingly being applied information tracking in fresh sector. Based observations practices, we studythe role an environmentally friendly supply chain. Firstly, positive and negative impacts adopting operation are considered. After providing quantitative descriptions these impacts, construct a two-echelonsupply chain game model under different power structures, with without adoptionof technology. Secondly, optimal pricing, commission, per-unit carbon reduction, investment decisions for derived across scenarios. Differences performances before after adoption two structures (decentralized decision-making integrated decision-making) contrasted, as well variations between adoption. Finally, mathematical simulation section, also analyzed impact level disclosure based conditions We found some interesting results: When technology, does not necessarily have absolute advantage terms system profit product price. Especially when only partial disclosed, this structure weakened. Compared suppliers agricultural products, intrinsic motivation platforms agency adopt stronger. sensitivity factors or cost met, following can outperform decentralized every aspect.

Purpose This research investigates the impact of blockchain technology utilization (BTU) on corporate social responsibility (CSR) through complementarity role supply chain transparency (SCT) capabilities while also considering supplier risks. Design/methodology/approach tested hypotheses using covariance-based structural equation modeling survey data from 197 managers who held decision-making responsibilities in operations. Findings The findings suggest that BTU improves CSR via increasing SCT. Supplier risk plays a role, where engagement with risky suppliers magnifies positive SCT, mitigating risks and improving goals. SCT was founded as full mediator between CSR, emphasizing its significant promoting practices which are becoming more crucial global chain. Research limitations/implications Data were collected Prolific collection platform. An avenue for future investigation could involve replicating or extending this participants additional sources.
