Innovating institutional incentives and promoting multiple-subject interaction cooperation to create ecological value of cultivated land are practical requirements for the sustainable protection high-quality development agriculture rural areas. We performed a survey questionnaire 862 farmers in Wuhan Metropolitan Area used fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method explore configuration effect farmers’ behavior co-creation (FBEVCCL). The advancement of digital technologies and increased connectivity have transformed work dynamics, making them more collaborative but also demanding challenging. integration advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), fosters value co-creation may heighten psychosocial risks like burnout, particularly when not accompanied by effective leadership practices. This chapter analyzes the interactions between co-creation, leadership, job satisfaction within contemporary context era. Purpose Consumers now desire cosmetics that are aligned with their beliefs in the beauty industry. Brands want to listen these new claims and seek a more intimate relationship followers on social networks (SNS). Therefore, this study aims evaluate antecedents outcomes of affective engagement brand’s Instagram account. Considering increased usage SNS, authors assess whether connection time moderates intention follow shopping advice Instagram. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative based survey posted account 565 Brazilian tech startup consumers. Data were validated using structural equation modeling. Findings For heavy users, effect brand content stimuli is greater, differences highlighted for each appeal. Emotional bonds lead ongoing cocreation behavior over time.
