GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) represents advanced language models that have significantly reshaped the academic writing landscape. These sophisticated offer invaluable support throughout all phases of research work, facilitating idea generation, enhancing drafting processes, and overcoming challenges like writer’s block. Their capabilities extend beyond conventional applications, contributing to critical analysis, data augmentation, design, thereby elevating efficiency quality scholarly endeavors. Strategically narrowing its focus, this review explores alternative dimensions LLM specifically augmentation generation synthetic for research. Employing a meticulous examination 412 works, it distills selection 77 contributions addressing three questions: (1) on Generating Research data, (2) Data Analysis, (3) Design. The systematic literature adeptly highlights central focus encapsulating 48 pertinent contributions, extends proactive role in analysis shaping design. Objetivo: realizar um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o uso e atribuição de coautoria às ferramentas Inteligência Artificial na produção artigos científicos seus impactos produtividade científica, sobretudo área médica. Métodos: Trata-se uma revisão sistematizada literatura realizada nas bases dados LILACS, PUBMED Embase, por meio do cruzamento dos descritores “Inteligência Artificial”, “Escrita Científica” ou “Produtividade “Coautoria”, nos idiomas português, inglês espanhol. Resultados: A amostra final foi constituída 27 em que os autores destacaram pontos positivos, como criatividade, rapidez, correção gramatical, tradução textos análise dados, negativos, referências falsas inexistentes, plágio presença viés, questões éticas Inteligências Artificiais (IA’s) escrita a exemplo da segurança, transparência igualdade acerca conteúdo produzido. Os pesquisadores apresentaram divergentes relação ao inteligência artificial com tais ferramentas: 12 foram favor, quatro contra 10 acreditam precisar mais debates não comentaram estudos. Conclusão: O IAs comunidade acadêmica é inevitável está crescimento, exigindo discussões sua aplicação forma ética, especialmente médica, onde diagnósticos pacientes são críticos. Desse modo, necessário estabelecer critérios consensuais para seu uso, incluindo limites elaboração créditos acadêmicos. Embora as tragam inúmeros benefícios, preocupações quanto à utilização definição direitos autorais precisam ser abordadas evitar prejuízos científica aproveitar máximo potencial dessas tecnologias.
