DNA technology has emerged as a promising route to accelerated manufacture of sequence agnostic vaccines. For activity, vaccines must be protected and delivered the correct antigen presenting cells. However, physicochemical properties vector carefully tuned enhance interaction with immune cells generate sufficient response for disease protection. In this study, we have engineered range polymer-based nanocarriers based on poly(beta-amino ester) (PBAE) polycation platform investigate role that surface poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) density pDNA encapsulation, formulation gene transfectability both in vitro vivo.
