Bolted connections are widely used in the assembly of aeroengine casings, and uniformity residual pretension bolts is considered one important criteria for evaluating structural performance bolted connections. This paper based on theory elastic interaction between bolts, constructs theoretical models bolt group pre-tightening force single double during process. model can obtain preload distribution each with known initial force, re solve force. During analysis process, influence different sequences steps was analyzed. It found that using specific increasing effectively reduce impact groups. At same time, difference correction method instead reverse solution to model, making more evenly distributed. In addition, this also conducted step multi-step experiments compared them fully proving correctness model. The constructing connection system be applied other aerospace systems, guiding process design, optimization, improving structure actual engine casings engineering.

During the filling process of LNG tank trucks, due to long-term operation equipment in low temperature and high-pressure conditions, sealing parts are prone failure, leading leaks. The reasons for leakage were analyzed, diffusion after different equivalent hole diameters wind speeds numerically analyzed. A gas leak monitoring system suitable stations was established based on TDLAS technology. analysis results show that when diameter is greater than 4 mm, height natural will exceed 5 m within 2 s without wind; concentration above point inversely proportional height, decrease at a between 50% 60% compared with 0.5 m; bend shape downwind, degree bending decreases as increases; optimal laser incidence angle sensor 30° 50°, theoretical effective area width installation 4.46 range.

Abstract Steel structures are often subjected to cyclic loads, and sometimes monotonic overloads, during the technical lifetime, which causes their performance degradation. Incidentally, they undergo progressive collapse, especially due local failure of connections or joints. To ensure overall integrity steel make sure efficient transfer load between different components, it is necessary evaluate ultimate capacity fatigue resistance connections. Advances in material modelling well‐controlled experiments at various scales recent years have increased confidence finite element method as an effective way predict life. On examples two common connections: bolted connection welded connection, progress will be presented ductile fracture crack initiation propagation simulation.

Aircraft reciprocating engines have been in operation over the past 100 years, which is a testament to their high levels of reliability and stability. Compared turbine engines, are at disadvantage when it comes high-speed flight. Nevertheless, they widely used mainly for small aircraft thanks specific power or power-to-weight ratio. Considering that propulsion systems account approximately 40% price, lightness performance key attributes achieve longer endurance. With advantages offered by diesel such as fuel economy, less maintenance, long lifespan, many attempts made mount automotive on urban air mobility light aircraft. Recognizing advanced technology, where ratio engine 1 PS/kg, we analyzed case an automobile was converted use We focused Mercedes-Benz OM640 Austro AE300 disassembled two comparative analysis. then classified components modified (1) defining major parts fixed alteration ones; (2) identifying airworthiness-related parts; (3) categorizing conversion purposes into classes A, B, C. Components under class A were further categorized subgroups accordance with airworthiness certification specifications outlined European Union Aviation Safety Agency. This helped determine corresponding standards each subgroup. An inspection oil supply system revealed need apply safety wiring some prevent possible leakages, can be caused pressure difference increasing altitude. Moreover, given sensor manufacturers required present guidelines redundancy through numerous designs tests secure single-fault tolerance, established criteria selecting applying sensors separating must redundant from ones not subject redundancy.
