Single-step tightening is simple and fast compared to multi-step tightening, it therefore frequently used during the of bolts in flange structures. However, single-step maintain uniformity more difficult achieve. To address this problem, existing methods such as Elastic Interaction Coefficient Method (EICM) Tetraparametric Assembly (TAM) have been investigated for load tightening. In order improve computational efficiency accuracy traditional methods, a new method proposed paper. This can realize design initial preload force simply by measuring change bolt specific sequence. It verified numerical simulation that uniform distribution load. addition, paper will provide suggestions optimal sequence method.
