The negative effects of increased radiation dose can impact healthy tissue surrounding the target area, necessitating careful management to minimize side and meticulous planning in therapy. This study aims determine peripheral a 6 MV photon beam compare measured values with estimates from Treatment Planning System (TPS). Dose calculations were performed using Analytical Anisotropic Algorithm (AAA) ECLIPSETM TPS on virtual water phantom beam, delivered by Clinac CX linear accelerator (LINAC) at Unand Hospital. Photons used variations depth 1.5, 5, 10 cm, as well measuring distances 3, 7, 10, 15 cm outside irradiation field. area varied 5×5 10×10 cm2. measurement results based distance field edge showed that percentage decreased below 10% when passing 5 for cm2, after 7 intensity will decrease along increasing due interaction medium, which causes spread absorption photons medium.

Over the last decade, annual Immunorad Conference, held under joint auspicies of Gustave Roussy (Villejuif, France) and Weill Cornell Medical College (New-York, USA) has aimed at exploring latest advancements in fields tumor immunology radiotherapy-immunotherapy combinations for treatment cancer. Gathering medical oncologists, radiation physicians researchers with esteemed expertise these fields, Conference bridges gap between preclinical outcomes clinical opportunities. Thus, it paves a promising way toward optimizing and, from broader perspective, improving therapeutic strategies patients Herein, we report on topics developed by key-opinion leaders during 7th Paris-Les Cordeliers (France) September 27th to 29th 2023, set stage 8th edition which will be October 2024.
