Abstract Background Motor imagery is a cognitive process that involves mentally simulating movements without physical execution. Background: Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome (FAIS) is a musculoskeletal disorder characterized by hip pain, reduced range of motion (ROM), and functional impairment, particularly in young physically active individuals. While surgery generally not performed individuals under 18 due to skeletal immaturity, it remains standard treatment option for adults presenting with persistent symptoms limitations. However, the overall effectiveness physiotherapy-based interventions unclear. This review aimed evaluate conservative rehabilitation strategies FAIS, assessing their impact on pain management, improvement, quality-of-life outcomes, rather than directly comparing them surgical interventions.
