To determine distribution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 in hospital wards Wuhan, China, we tested air and surface samples. Contamination was greater intensive care units than general wards. Virus widely distributed on floors, computer mice, trash cans, sickbed handrails detected ≈4 m from patients.

The unprecedented outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus, termed as COVID-19 by World Health Organization (WHO), has placed numerous governments around world in a precarious position. impact outbreak, earlier witnessed citizens China alone, now become matter grave concern for virtually every country world. scarcity resources to endure combined with fear overburdened healthcare systems forced majority these countries into state partial or complete lockdown. number laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases been increasing at an alarming rate throughout world, reportedly more than 3 million confirmed 30 April 2020. Adding woes, false reports, misinformation, and unsolicited fears regards are being circulated regularly since COVID-19. In response such acts, we draw on various reliable sources present detailed review all major aspects associated pandemic. addition direct health implications COVID-19, this study highlights its global economy. drawing things close, explore use technologies Internet Things (IoT), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), 5G, among others, help mitigate outbreak.

Background and Purpose: Coronaviruses (CoV) are perilous viruses that may cause Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV), Middle East (MERS-CoV). The novel 2019 Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was discovered as a pneumonia in the city of Wuhan, China at end 2019. Now, it becomes outbreak around world, number infected people deaths increasing rapidly every day according to updated reports World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, aim this article is introduce new deep learning framework; namely COVIDX-Net assist radiologists automatically diagnose COVID-19 X-ray images. Materials Methods: Due lack public datasets, study validated on 50 Chest images with 25 confirmed positive cases. includes seven different architectures convolutional neural network models, such modified Visual Geometry Group Network (VGG19) second version Google MobileNet. Each model able analyze normalized intensities image classify patient status either negative or case. Results: Experiments evaluation have been successfully done based 80-20% for training testing phases, respectively. VGG19 Dense Convolutional (DenseNet) models showed good similar performance automated classification f1-scores 0.89 0.91 normal COVID-19, Conclusions: This demonstrated useful application proposed framework. Clinical studies next milestone research work.

The recent spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and its associated disease has gripped the entire international community caused widespread public health concerns. Despite global efforts to contain spread, outbreak is still on a rise because pattern this infection. This zoonotic infection, similar other infections, that believed have originated in bats pangolins later transmitted humans. Once human body, abundantly present nasopharyngeal salivary secretions affected patients, predominantly thought be droplet/contact nature. Dental professionals, including endodontists, may encounter patients with suspected or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection will act diligently not only provide care but at same time prevent nosocomial Thus, aim article brief overview epidemiology, symptoms, routes transmission novel In addition, specific recommendations for dental practice are suggested patient screening, control strategies, management protocol.
