In recognition of their excellent capacity for regulating thermal energy storage and release, phase change materials (PCMs) have been rediscovered received growing significance in advanced solar battery management (BTM). Nevertheless, insufficient conductivity, poor shape stabilization, high rigidity hinder application BTM systems. Herein, we reported a novel stable ordinary temperature flexible material (FPCM) basis paraffin wax (PW), polyolefin elastomer (POE), expanded graphite (EG), which efficiently solves the aforementioned problem. And then, through flexibility, FPCM was smartly mounted on power batteries by overfilling, making components compact efficient. Thermal contact resistance (TCR) while operating pack could be decreased wrapping FPCM. Results show that above assembly effectively reduced TCR to 0.28 °C/W. This FPCM-based reactive cooling ensures is kept under safe (55 °C) at all times. With effect EG, prepared exhibits substantial improvement achieving 1.929 W/mK, as well prominent photothermal efficiency conversion (91.2%). Notably, its ultraflexibility, latent heat provide convenient way packaging complex multimodel electronic devices.
