Digital transformation has a significant impact on public life quality. The ability to use unlimited information resources and innovative digital services creates new ideas about comfortable environment, self-realization, effective communication, etc. One of the key areas been introduction technologies into healthcare, which is now common in developed countries. Digitalization promoted medicine, latest methods diagnosis, disease treatment, prevention. Econometric models are relevant tools for assessing influence digitalization healthcare. They provide an opportunity build empirical evidence that becomes basis developing evidence-based recommendations implementation healthcare innovations. This paper checks how determinants health via econometric models. To panel regression models, study used statistical data from 2016-2022 31 European following indexes were selected: expectancy, mortality, self-rated by gender, age, education. Some indicators independent: Internet access, immunization, household expenditures medical services, number graduates, global innovation, As result analysis, three built: fixed effect proved be adequate. principal component analysis (PCA) reduced multicollinearity between variables identifying most components. All calculations conducted using STATA software. demonstrated positive negative impacts health, depending specifics technology socioeconomic conditions. results confirmed economic multifaceted. input showed correlation (Internet online resources, literacy) (life health).

Abstract As artificial intelligence (AI) technologies continue to reshape modern workplaces, concerns have emerged about their potential negative impact on employees’ performance and well-being, referred as “AI anxiety.” Drawing social cognitive theory, this study examines how environmental factors—in particular, norms management commitment—shape responses AI anxiety influence creativity at work. By exploring different coping triggered by anxieties, research highlights the complex interplay between individuals’ perceptions, organizational context, creative outcomes. The findings expand current understanding of illustrating supportive factors can encourage more adaptive responses, ultimately enhancing potential. These insights not only contribute academic literature but also provide practical guidance for organizations aiming build resilient innovative workforces capable thriving in an era rapid technological advancement.
