Human highly affected by environment, animal health, food, nutrition, climate change, many other factors that are beyond biological genetic structure human beings. The impact environment on people's an old phenomenon but recent reemerging appearance diseases have clearly demonstrated link between these. Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) almost all us suffering from example this. A number countries already shown depth work they do integrate concept ‘One Health’ public surveillance system as described done capture data databases than those dealing with examples were provided monitor animals, agriculture, environmental man-made natural disasters just registering their informing authorities these changes emerging trends.

Fast detection and rapid intervention are crucial to mitigate risks of pathogen emergence, spillover spread—every second counts. However, comprehensive, active, longitudinal surveillance systems at high-risk interfaces that provide real-time data for action remain lacking. This paper proposes "smart market" harnessing cutting-edge tools a range sampling techniques, including wastewater air collection, multiplex assays, metagenomic sequencing. Coupled with robust response pathways, these could better enable Early Warning bolster prevention efforts.

Abstract Background The One Health approach aims to balance and optimize the health of humans, animals, ecosystems, recognizing that shared outcomes are interdependent. A disease surveillance, control, prevention requires infrastructure for coordinating, collecting, integrating, analyzing data across sectors, incorporating human, animal, environmental surveillance data, as well pathogen genomic data. However, unlike interoperability problems faced within a single organization or sector, coordination integration sectors engagement among partners develop goals capacity at response level. Successful examples rare; such, we sought framework local practitioners utilize in support such efforts. Methods We conducted systematic scientific gray literature review inform development framework. discussed draft with 17 informatics experts during semi-structured interviews. Approaches were identified. Results In total, 57 records included final study, representing 13 pre-defined frameworks systems, Health, integration. These frameworks, articles, expert feedback incorporated into novel Two scenarios identified outlined. Conclusions Frameworks currently exist separately general processes; however, their application real-time raises unique considerations. developed herein considers common challenges limited resource settings, including lack planning, need move beyond scoping planning system development, production, joint analyses. Several important considerations separate this from more generalized frameworks; these include complex partner identification, requirements co-development scope, governance, requirement analysis, reporting, interpretation success. This will operationalization level, providing early warning impending events, promoting identification hypotheses insights, allowing integrated solutions.

This study aims to assess the interoperability of Indonesian government organizations in implementing COVID-19 data integration. The pandemic has created a need for fast, accurate, and effective transmission control outbreak Indonesia. uses Qualitative Data Software Analysis (QDSA) approach with help Nvivo analysis software . Secondary sources are placed as primary consideration valid transparent sources. utilizes big data, structured, semi-structured, unstructured properties. Structured collection through official website portal Central Government Provincial Task Force Report Document. Unstructured is mined from information on National Mass Media articles, which limited by period topic problem. results show that identification related management surveillance Indonesia recording reporting cases computerized online applications. TC-All Record 19 application part strategy improve integration collaborative sharing between organizations. However, an excellent organizational maturity does not support implementation sharing. condition can be seen central regional governments, have high gap quality surveillance. Organizational assessed using Business Processes, Policies, Governance, Architecture, Economics, Regulations/Laws.

Monkeypox Virus (MPV) is the cause of zoonotic disease characterized by skin-eruption with pus cell formation and lymphadenopathy. This virus belongs to Orthopoxvirus genus DNA as its genetic material. Previously, this infection was reported from Africa occasionally USA UK. However, recently there a sudden surge in non-epidemic countries new strain MPVhas been discovered. Therefore it important revisit phylogeny MPV addition strains.
