Climate change is driving the restructuring of global biological communities. As a species sensitive to climate change, studying response small rodents helpful indirectly understand changes in ecology and biodiversity certain region. Here, we use MaxEnt (maximum entropy) model predict distribution patterns, main influencing factors, range various Ordos desert steppe China under different scenarios future (2050s: average for 2041-2060). The results show that when parameters are FC = LQHPT, RM 4, optimal AUC 0.833. We found NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index), Bio 12 (annual precipitation), TOC (total organic carbon) important factors affecting suitability rodent habitat At same time, were also species. selected 4 dominant analysis that, situation warming, high-suitability area Allactaga sibirica Phodopus roborovskii will decrease, while Meriones meridianus unguiculatus increase. Our research suggest local governments should take early preventive measures, strengthen protection, respond ecological challenges brought about by promptly.

Climate change has had an almost irreversible impact on the distribution patterns of tree species Tibetan Plateau, driving some vulnerable to brink extinction. Therefore, it is important assess vulnerability in climate-sensitive areas under following three IPCC-CMIP6 scenarios: SSP126, SSP370, and SSP585. The MaxEnt model was used predict adaptive for one endangered (Acer wardii W. Smith (A. wardii)) six maple plants Plateau current future conditions. We then evaluated their using landscape fragmentation index. Our results showed that were mainly distributed southeast Plateau. dominant factors affecting temperature annual range (BIO7) Acer sikkimense Miq. sterculiaceum Wall.; precipitation (BIO12) cappadocicum Gled.; driest month (BIO14) pectinatum Wall. ex G. In SSP370 scenario, all seven increase areas, while certain decreased periods SSP126 SSP585 scenarios. status likely be even more fragile are may face extinction, requiring immediate attention protection. contrast, remaining five decreased. conclusion, this study provides recommendations conserving data support understanding distributional changes assessment these species.

Sophora alopecuroides L., a perennial herb in the arid and semi-arid regions of northwest China, has ecological functions windbreaking sand fixation high medicinal value. In recent years, global warming human activities have led to changes suitable habitats for S. alopecuroides, which may affect accumulation natural products. this study, MaxEnt 3.4 ArcGIS 10.4 software were used predict distribution potentially China under climate change. Furthermore, geographical as affected by activities, differences content products between different habitats, correlation environmental factors analyzed. The results showed that projected expand future, major temperature (Bio1), rainfall (Bio18), soil pH (pH). When Bio1, Bio18, 8.4283 °C, 7.1968 mm, 9.9331, respectively, probability (P) was highest. After adding activity factor, accuracy model prediction improved, area greatly reduced, showing fragmented pattern. Meanwhile, habitat suitability had specific effect on alopecuroides. Specifically, wild higher than artificial cultivation, highly contents those non-highly habitats. total alkaloids flavonoids positively correlated with negatively land use types. Among them, aspect, aspect. addition, it is suggested Xinjiang should be priority planting given protection measures Alashan area. Overall, study provides an important foundation determination areas resource
