Tissue culture is used to multiply Al-Taif rose (Rosa damascena f. trigintipetala (Dieck) R. Keller) plants in order meet the demands of fragrance, cosmetic, and floriculture industries. The use arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) could potentially improve plant growth acclimatization performance ex vitro conditions. The effects of foliar spraying different elicitors on some physiological and phytochemical traits like the quality volatile oil Rosa damascena Mill. at field conditions in Southwestern Iran were investigated. experimental treatments applications acetone, ethanol, methanol (10% 20% v/v), salicylic acid (1.5 3.0 mM), phenylalanine (1.0 2.0 g/L), chitosan (0.25 0.50 g/L). Results indicated that significantly influenced flower petals yield amounts pigments main compounds oil. highest values chlorophyll content obtained from plants under application 3 mM followed 0.25 g/L. effect organic elicitors, especially, phenyl alanine total phenol, flavonoids, anthocyanin contents higher than alcoholic ones. (0.056% v/w) was treated by g/L chitosan. alanine, chitosan, improved monoterpene alcohols amount these 58.32% elicitors. In conclusion, such as acid, can be a good strategy to improve yield, antioxidant capacity, quantity R. damascene semiarid climate.

Abstract The valorisation of waste from rose-based industrial products produces value-added substances and paves the way for advanced composites. rose generated essential oil industry Taif ( Rosa damascena trigintipetala Dieck) is significant, its management or disposal a source concern. In this study, it was valorised to produce nanomaterial. synthesis biochar nanoparticles via high-energy ball milling has gained tremendous research interest in recent times because low cost eco-friendliness. Ball solvent-free technology with strong potential volatilisation eco-sustainability through production engineered nanoparticles. Different samples were produced characterised harness synergistic combination milling. They prepared at constant pyrolysis temperature 300 °C by varying 2 h, 5 10 h. characterisation results showed that confirms high content carbon, minerals, graphitic structure, novel morphology chemical characteristics attached surface controlled different durations. These properties further enhanced porosity, area, functional groups, visible light absorption, crystallinity, carbon content, these accompanied reduction particle size mineral impurities. can be an important tool, promising composites water purification energy harvesting.
