Effective pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass combined with delignification is a condition for effective enzymatic hydrolysis cellulose, which key significance the efficiency process production cellulosic ethanol. Becoming aware full range changes in structure lignocellulose as result important view necessity to optimise technological bioethanol. Our research was aimed at comprehensive analysis pine chip (softwood), beech (hardwood) and wheat straw (non-wood) biomasses resulting from newly developed method combining use hydrotrope form sodium cumene sulfonate microwave radiation. The performed analyses composition indicate high effectiveness proposed area hemicellulose removal. An removal amorphous substances, i.e. lignin hemicellulose, led an increase crystallinity 55%, chips 61%.
