Zinc (Zn) is an essential micronutrient that participates in several plant metabolisms. Soil application of Zn effective strategy to increase the productivity and concentration maize grains, but effect fertilizers on nutrients uptake biofortification still needs more studies. In this study, a greenhouse plot experiment was conducted evaluate optimum fertilizer doses (0, 5.7, 11.4 kg ha−1) crops. applications were found significantly transpiration rate; photosynthesis rate, Zn, P shoot at VT (Tasseling) stage as well grain yield. P, Mg, phytic acid (PA) grains also increased with ha−1. The PA/Zn molar ratio decreased due compared control treatment, there no significant difference between 5.7 ha−1 doses, while achieved higher PA/Fe other treatments.
