This review presents the advances in polymeric materials achieved by extrusion and injection molding from lignocellulosic agroindustrial biomass. Biomass, which is derived agricultural industrial waste, a renewable abundant feedstock that contains mainly cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin. To improve properties functions of materials, cellulose subjected to variety modifications. The most common modifications are surface modification, grafting, chemical procedures, molecule grafting. Injection technologies crucial shaping manufacturing polymer composites, with precise control over process material selection. Furthermore, involves four phases: plasticization, injection, cooling, ejection, focus on energy efficiency. Fundamental aspects an machine, such as motor, hopper, heating units, nozzle, clamping unit, discussed. Extrusion technology, commonly used preliminary step molding, challenges regarding fiber reinforcement stress accumulation, while lignin-based challenging due their hydrophobicity. diverse applications these biodegradable include automotive industries, construction, food packaging, various consumer goods. Polymeric positioned offer even bigger contributions sustainable eco-friendly solutions future, research development continues.

The global increase in energy consumption, driven by population growth and improved living standards, has led to a heavy reliance on fossil fuels, causing significant environmental concerns. This prompted shift toward sustainable sources, with biomass, especially lignocellulosic forest emerging as key alternative due its abundance carbon-neutral potential. Microwave-assisted pyrolysis (MAP) is an efficient method for converting biomass into valuable bioproducts bioenergy reduced use. review introduces types, focusing role production. It compares MAP conventional pyrolysis, highlighting the benefits of rapid, uniform heating product yields. Key operational conditions, such temperature, microwave power, size, catalyst ratios, are discussed relation their impact quality yield. Despite advantages, faces challenges, particularly temperature control, which can affect bio-oil yield quality. High temperatures may cause unwanted secondary reactions, while low lead incomplete decomposition. Research dielectric properties process modeling essential order optimize scale it up industrial Addressing issues through catalytic upgrading also critical broader adoption.
