Fungal
communities
are
critical
players
in
the
biogeochemical
soil
processes
of
forest
ecosystems.
However,
factors
driving
their
diversity
and
community
assembly
still
unclear.
In
present
study,
five
typical
vegetation
types
fungal
Liziping
Nature
Reserve,
China,
were
investigated
using
ITS
sequences.
The
results
show
that
topsoil
is
mainly
dominated
by
phyla
Ascomycota,
Basidiomycota,
Mortierellomycota.
Although
there
was
no
significant
difference
α
(Shannon,
Simpson,
Pielou
evenness
indices)
among
different
types,
a
β
(community
composition).
This
study
found
pH,
organic
carbon,
total
nitrogen
(TN),
phosphorus
(TP),
nitrogen/total
(N/P)
ratio
main
environmental
affect
communities.
Each
type
has
specific
co-occurrence
network,
indicating
these
structures
have
specificities
complexities.
Deciduous
evergreen
broad-leaved
forests
as
well
deciduous
mixed
showed
high
modularity
average
path
lengths,
highly
modular
nature
without
distinct
small-scale
characteristics.
Furthermore,
our
findings
indicate
shaped
stochastic
processes,
with
diffusion
limitation
mechanism
playing
particularly
role.
