This study was conducted to investigate the effects of chicken manure (10 and 20 t ha-1) biochar (40 80 applications on morphological, yield, protein content, antioxidant activity, total phenolic flavonoid contents basil (Ocimum basilicum L.). Pot experiments under climate chamber conditions at 24 ◦C (a day length 16 h) (8 h in a night) showed that A8 A4 significantly increased plant height (PH) values compared A9 application. Branch number (BN) had no statistically significant differences first second harvest, but these harvests mean BN. For fresh weight (FW) values, while A3 application 80.00% increase than application, higher FW value with increasing 0.51% 0.24% respectively. Dry (DW) by 2%, 7% 9% ha-1 biochar×10 manure) control (A9) The highest crude protein, DPPH, FRAP were found from A7, A2, A9, A6, A4, principal coordinate analysis (PCA) revealed over 52% variations depending two PCs. Cluster heat map most took place main group B. results suggest influenced morphology, activities basil. Therefore, can play crucial role sustainable cultivation, serving as safe source mineral matter, particularly for organic farming.

Plant biostimulants are used to promote plant growth by increasing tolerance abiotic stressors and improving the efficiency of natural resource use. In present two-year research (2022–2023 2023–2024), effects biostimulant foliar applications on morphological parameters, fresh dry yields, antioxidant capacity, total phenolic content, chemical composition essential oil thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) were studied. For this purpose, four commercial biostimulants, Biostimol Plus + Peptamin-V Plus®, Acadian MPE®, Megafol®, BlueN®, evaluated cultivated in field conditions. The experiment was laid out a randomized block design with five treatments three replications. During second growing season, plants treated composed bacteria Methylobacterium symbioticum SB23, showed highest weight (152.1 g plant−1), biomass yield (501.9 m−2), (172.2 m−2). BlueN® that also obtained both years (0.47 0.53%), for all amount thymol carvacrol increased year, especially Megafol® (63.75 3.16%). capacity enhanced year according ABTS assay, but particular, BPPVP (26.97 μmol/g 25.01 μmol/g), while content higher first (65.98 mg GAE/g Extract). other had less intense effects. conclusion, influenced some characteristics oil, greatest influencers BPPVP.

This study aims to evaluate the potential of a nitrogen-fixing endophyte, Methylobacterium symbioticum SB23, as sustainable biofertilizer in peach (Prunus persica) cultivation. We compared three treatments: control with soil application ammonium sulfate (250 kg ha−1) and two endophyte foliar applications at different doses: single high-dose (M.SYM500 500 split half-dose (M.SYM250 250 ha−1 applied twice). The first was made fruit stage’s appearance, second when fruits were fully developed. Key assessments included chlorophyll content shoot growth, which evaluated 52 100 days after (DAA), continued growth benefits observed through 193 DAA. Evaluations conducted characteristics, amino acid profiles, plant tissues leaves for nitrogen phosphorus 107 DAA (harvest). M.SYM500 treatment notably enhanced weight increased specific acids, such glutamic acid, methionine, phenylalanine, contributing improved quality resistance properties. No significant differences °Brix (total soluble solid) levels among treatments, indicating that photosynthetic gains likely directed towards biomass structural rather than sugar accumulation. demonstrates endophytes can be effective reducing reliance on synthetic fertilizers while sustaining or improving quality.

Maize is considered to be one of the most significant crops in world. On a global scale, appropriate yield level food can largely affect security. During cultivation, this plant exposed many adverse environmental factors, including water deficiency. Plant stress reduced by applying biostimulants or soil amendments. This study tested effectiveness preparations based on Rhizophagus irregularis, humic acids, Bacillus velezensis + licheniformis and Methylobacterium symbioticum. The aim project was assess effect selected microorganisms substances growth, yield, physiological parameters maize. hypothesis assumed that for could improve condition plants various moisture conditions. All treatments were carried out post-emergence. experiments conducted greenhouse conditions, where, conditions different moisture, optimal deficiency, above-mentioned height, mass plants, chlorophyll fluorescence determined. Chlorophyll, anthocyanin, flavonol content also measured. In two-year field studies, same grain thousand-grain weight, oil, protein, starch It shown appropriately have positive parameters, maize grain. impact depended prevailed growing season.
