Uncontrolled land use changes can lead to mismatches with designated spatial patterns, resulting in critical issues such as erosion and flooding. Bogor Regency has undergone rapid transformations, particularly agriculture, significant shifts occurring between 1995 2001. This study evaluates capability using a matching scoring approach determine its suitability concerning existing patterns. Key factors slope, hazards, soil depth were analyzed classify into categories. The findings reveal six classes of capability, ranging from Class II VII, Classes IV VI being the most dominant. Spatial analysis indicates that large portion Regency's cover aligns well capability. Compatibility patterns is predominantly conditional, suggesting some areas may require mitigation measures or adjustments for sustainable development. conditional highlights need careful planning interventions.
