Abstract The pursuit of clinical effectiveness in real-world settings is at the core practice progression. In this study, we address a long-term efficacy evaluation decision-making problem with temporal correlation hybrid attribute characteristics. To problem, propose novel approach that combines feature rough set model machine learning techniques and nonadditive measures. Our proposed involves several steps. First, over framework granular computing, construct information system, gradient method employed to characterize attributes similarity between objects measured using cosine similarity. Second, based on cosine, composite binary relation information, enabling effective classification information. Third, develop decision Choquet integral, which describes process. We provide ranking results schemes features. demonstrate practical applications our approach, conduct empirical research an unlabeled dataset consisting 3094 patients chronic renal failure (CRF) 80,139 EHRs from various encounters. These findings offer valuable support for decision-making. Two main innovations are obtained study. it establishes general theoretical principles methods sets. integrates data-driven paradigms traditional medical paradigms, laying groundwork exploring feasibility field.

Target threat assessment provides support for combat decision making. The multi-target method based on a three-way can obtain classification while receiving ranking, thus avoiding the limitation of traditional two-way decisions. However, heterogeneous situation information, attribute relevance, and adaptive information processing needs in complex battlefield environment bring challenges to existing methods. Therefore, this paper proposes new with relevance. Firstly, dynamic is represented by weights are calculated Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC). Then, conditional probability weighted Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), risk avoidance coefficients constructed calculating uncertainty value, then relative loss function matrices constructed. Finally, comprehensive obtained Heronian mean (HM) operator, thresholds rules. case study shows that compared methods, proposed effectively handle without presetting or field subjective settings, which more suitable mission environment.

Purpose Considering the bounded confidence of decision-makers (DMs), a new grey multi-criteria group consensus decision-making (GMCGCDM) model is established by using interval number (IGN), cobweb model, social network analysis (SNA) and reaching process (CPR). Design/methodology/approach Firstly, analyzes relationship DM under networks proposes calculation method for DMs’ weights based on SNA. Secondly, defines to consider preferences alternatives in process. The degree calculated area surrounded connections between each index value DMs group. Then, coordinates different opinions various reduce bias designs feedback mechanism guide reach consensus. Findings advantage proposed highlight practical application, taking selection low-carbon suppliers context dual carbon as an example.
