The practical application of infectious disease emergency plans in mental health institutions during the ongoing pandemic has revealed significant shortcomings. These manifest as chaotic management care, a lack hospital infection prevention and control (IPC) knowledge among medical staff, unskilled operation. factors result suboptimal decision-making response execution. Consequently, we have developed digital-based system to reinforce IPC psychiatric hospitals enhance capabilities staff. incorporates modern technologies such cloud computing, big data, streaming media, graphs. A service platform was established at PaaS layer using Docker container technology manage emergency-related services. provides services various users through Browser/Server Architecture. implemented class tertiary center from March 1st, 2022, February 28th, 2023. Twelve months training education were conducted based on system. system's functions users' evaluated. total 116 employees participated performance evaluation indicated that functionality (3.78 ± 0.68), practicality (4.02 0.74), reliability (3.45 0.50), efficiency (4.14 0.69), accuracy (3.36 0.58), assessability (3.05 0.47) met basic levels (> 3), with improvement achieving good level 4). After 12 study system, participants demonstrated improved (χ2 = 37.69, p < 0.001) skills (p 0.001). findings this indicate potential base operational personnel hospitals. ABSTRACT Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has revolutionized various industries by enabling automatic and tracking of objects. However, in practical RFID systems, collisions occur when multiple tags are present within the coverage area a single reader, resulting communication interference inaccurate tag count estimation. An accurate estimation number systems is crucial for efficient system performance. In this paper, we propose new ultrahigh (UHF) quantity technique based on belief function theory, also known as Dempster–Shafer theory (DST). DST offers robust framework reasoning under uncertainty demonstrated its effectiveness addressing intricate information–fusion challenges. The proposed technique, operating at physical layer, uses functions mass assignment principles to model associated with collisions, By merging evidence from sources, such time delays signal power levels, method improves reliability process. simulation results demonstrate that achieves superior performance terms error success rate, outperforming other methods reported literature. Moreover, experimental corroborated capability challenges technology.
